MotherNation Circles are self-investment spaces. They’re connection places.
There is power in gathering. Coming together inspires us to be more hopeful, more joyful, more thoughtful. In a culture where exhaustion is normalized, the physical and emotional toll of Motherhood is overlooked, under-recognized and consequently, a solitary experience. MotherNation Circles come from our founders discovering firsthand – and then hearing over and over and over – that Mothers need more support.
Circles are live, professionally moderated, and hyper-personalized to you. Whether your baby is six months old or your not-so-baby-anymore is six years old, we’ve got other mamas going through it, too.
Founded by a perinatal social worker and a tech lawyer turned leadership coach for parents, MotherNation provides exercises specifically designed to encourage you to take up space, articulate your needs, and define YOUR version of Motherhood.
